The Cruise FAQ’s
-
How long is the cruise?
Each cruise is two hours long. If you’d like to extend your time on the water, just contact us directly. Extended cruises are subject to availability and depend on whether another booking is scheduled after yours.
-
How many people per cruise?
Our electric Duffy 22’ Suncruiser is approved for a max of 8 guests per US Coast Guard regulations.
-
Can we bring our own drinks?
For guests who wish to bring their own alcoholic beverages, we charge a $25 uncorking fee per bottle of wine or per four-pack of beer. If you’re bringing red wine, please use a cup with a lid to prevent spills and help us keep the boat clean and stain-free.
Each reservation includes complimentary bottled water, along with a selection of light refreshments like soda and seltzer, kept chilled in our onboard fridge.
-
Can we bring our own food?
To maintain the cleanliness of our vessel, Onda Bella Cruises has a policy against bringing outside meals on board.
That said, you're welcome to bring snacks and drinks for children, and if you're celebrating a special occasion, feel free to bring a dessert to enjoy during your cruise.
-
Where is Onda Bella located and where do I park?
We depart from Seymour’s Boatyard, located at 63 Bayview Ave, Northport, NY 11768.
Parking is available in the Northport Village public lots, you can enter Seymour’s behind the white gazebo on the north side of the park, or you can park just across the street from Seymour’s, up the hill on Lewis Road.
To find the boat, enter Seymour’s and walk straight toward the water. Take the ramp on the left side, near the gas pumps, which leads down to the docks where Onda Bella is located.
-
When should we arrive?
Please arrive 10-minutes before your scheduled booking. This will allow for your group to be gathered and ready to begin your pre-cruise overview and guarantee your full 2 hours of cruise time. If your group does not arrive at or before your scheduled booking time, your cruise time may be reduced.
-
Can I bring a dessert for a celebration?
If you’re celebrating a special occasion, you are welcome to bring a dessert aboard.
-
Are kids welcome?
Kids are always welcome aboard the Onda Bella! They’ll have a wonderful time out on the harbor and they’ll certainly enjoy swimming, paddleboarding, cannon balls off the boat and exploring Sand City beach. Feel free to bring whatever snacks or drinks your kids prefer, we know they can be a bit picky :)
